Well, we are calving now so things are really busy at our house.  This past weekend, Alyssa, Kassidy(grandchild) and I went to Lincoln, NE for the American Youth Horse Symposium.  We had a really good time, learned a lot and met a lot of really fun people.  There were 4H kids and leaders from all over the country.  

Tomorrow, Alyssa has riding lessons.  If the weather is good  I will haul her and two of her horses to North Platte.  She has a new barrel horse named Fever and a new Arabian named MH Vertigo.  She will use him for English riding and then there is Libby her favorite horse since she was small.  Libby is a Mustang.  Maggie and my mom will probably go along, but only if weather permits.

Hi, my name is Vickie.  We live in the Sandhills of Nebraska on a large cattle ranch.  We have two little girls, Maggie and Alyssa still living at home and four grown children.  Eight grandchildren that love to hang out here too.  More later.  V.
